Hi, I am also running a terracycle juice pouch program. I am having a tough time with collection. The teachers don't like having bins in the classroom because of the smell and bugs. However, the snack time pouches really add up. The UPS pouches can be obtained at the UPS store for free. Then you can print out the label from the terracycle website and attach it. I send pouches once a week. I pick them up on Fridays so they don't sit over the weekend.
Good Luck moving forward!!

I am sorry to hear that it's been frustrating with the pileup of pouches. My children are in preschool, so there are less pouches. The lack of communication is very frustrating, I have also sent e-mails and left voicemails without returns. One thing that was suggested to me by an employee in the one e-mail I received back, was that you could send in a larger package, like a printer paper box and they would give the shipping number. Something to consider maybe since you have so many pouches to collect. Sadly we threw out a bunch last week too because they sat in the container over spring break and got moldy.

I hope this gets better for you - I agree I'd rather parents send their children in with reusable containers, but if they do send in juice, at least we can help recycle/repurpose these pouches!
